Iv-Groep and its shareholders have announced the sale of a minority stake in the company to Dutch investment company, HB Capital. Friday, 28 August 2015, the transaction was completed.
Iv-Groep has a strong position in the markets in which the company operates, and sees plenty of opportunities to further expand this position. The company has the ambition to realise substantial growth in the coming years. The collaboration with HB Capital will contribute to the achievement of Iv-Groep’s growth objectives.
