We are proud to announce that Shopping Mall Miro Center in Enschede has been nominated for the NRW annual award 2015.
This is the most prestigious award for shopping malls in the Netherlands.
From the reopening onwards, HB Capital is the owner of the Miro Center. The developer Ahold Europe and CBRE have worked hard on the redevelopment of Miro Center.
One important goal in this development was ensuring customer loyalty to this mall. Another important goal was sustainability and respect for the area. By means of this nomination we believe that the developers have succeeded in achieving these goals. As an owner, we believe in this type of shopping malls in which convenience for customers is the main focus.
Miro consists of approx. 15.000 m2 large-scale retail with 480 free parking spaces. On 16 September 2015, the winner of the NRW annual award will be announced
