Iv-Groep and its shareholders have announced the sale of a minority stake in the company to Dutch investment company, HB Capital. Friday, 28 August 2015, the transaction was completed.

Iv-Groep has a strong position in the markets in which the company operates, and sees plenty of opportunities to further expand this position. The company has the ambition to realise substantial growth in the coming years. The collaboration with HB Capital will contribute to the achievement of Iv-Groep’s growth objectives. Shopping mall Miro Center located in Enschede, The Netherlands, has been nominated for the annual NRW 2015 award.

We are proud to announce that Shopping Mall Miro Center in Enschede has been nominated for the NRW annual award 2015.
This is the most prestigious award for shopping malls in the Netherlands.

From the reopening onwards, HB Capital is the owner of the Miro Center. The developer Ahold Europe and CBRE have worked hard on the redevelopment of Miro Center.

One important goal in this development was ensuring customer loyalty to this mall. Another important goal was sustainability and respect for the area. By means of this nomination we believe that the developers have succeeded in achieving these goals. As an owner, we believe in this type of shopping malls in which convenience for customers is the main focus.
